Drew: What’s everyone? Drew? Manny here from Fit2Fat2fit with my good friend Susan Bratton. How are you doing?

Susan: Yay. I’m so good. It’s great to see you.

Drew: Yeah Aloha!

Susan: It’s the first time we met!

Drew: And it’s in person, right?

Susan: I know. Yeah.

Drew: Yeah. Welcome to Hawaii.

Susan: Thank you.

Drew: The beautiful big island. It’s amazing here, right?

Susan: Incredible.

Drew: Yes. Yes. Yeah. So today we’re, we’re talking to Susan about the difference between sexual biohacking. We’re gonna define what that is.

Susan: Yeah.

Drew: And regenerative therapies.

Susan: Yeah.

Drew: What what are the differences between those two things? And, you know, explain in a very simple way for you guys to be able to digest. What she’s talking about so that we can all understand and improve our sexual health.

Susan: Yes. So first thing that I like to do is I like to think about, you know, how we are focusing on our health and our longevity.

Drew: Yes.

Susan: And we wanna ha we wanna be ageless. We wanna, you know, have a, have a great health span. Not just live long, but live healthy.

Drew: Quality of life.

Susan: Quality of life. And what I’m really talking about is quality of intimate life.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: So thinking about yourself. Sex span, expanding your sex span so that you can have really great intimacy your whole life. Long.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And there are some obstacles that get thrown in the road of our intimacy physically.

Drew: Yes.

Susan: And that’s really what I wanted to talk about in this particular segment with you was how do you reverse the ravages of aging on your genitals.

Drew: Yes.

Susan: How do you reverse the atrophy? You know, for men there’s, there’s loss of firmness, there’s difficulty achieving climax. There’s Inability to get hard. Inability to stay hard.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: And loss of firmness and inability to stay hard are two different things.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Because you can stay mushy.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: But I don’t think anybody wants to stay mushy.

Drew: I don’t think anyone wants that.

Susan: You wanna stay hard.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Firm and that. Wanes overtime with all men. So there’s that whole atrophy piece. And then of course there’s a urogenital piece, which is, I got up five times last night to pee, and nobody wants that either. Right. So these are the things that happen to guys. And for women, incontinence is a big issue for women.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: As a matter of fact, the number one reason women end up having to leave their home in old age and go into a, like a, a care system.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: It’s because of incontinence.

Drew: Really? Didn’t know.

Susan: I mean, these are big issues, know?

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: So we wanna keep people young and in their homes and feeling good forever and having great intimacy. And so women also suffer from loss of lubrication.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: Again, inability to achieve the climaxes as easily as they used to. So that’s, that’s really nerve damage that comes from inflammation.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: Is really for men and women, both what that is. And then vaginal laxity, atrophy, all of those kinds of things. Feeling like either it’s too painful to have sex or there’s no room in there anymore, or there’s way too much room in there. Things like that.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: So this is, this is what men and women deal with is they age. And actually you can, reverse all of those problems using regenerative treatments.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: And regenerative treatments are getting you back to a youthful genital system.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: Sexual biohacking is like taking it up from there. So there’s a difference in exercise physiology of, you know, being functional. Right. There’s, I can get up off the floor, I can do twists, and I have good lateral stability. I’ve got balance, I’ve got whatever it might be, balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, and et cetera. And then there’s, now I’m gonna be building muscle, and now I’m not… I’m, I’m going beyond just good functionality. I’m actually going for a lot of strength.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Or what have you. And that’s what I, what I, what I would call sexual biohacking is I’m gonna take what I have and make it even. Better.

Drew: Oh, okay.

Susan: And that’s where you get into for men, you get into male enhancement.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: That’s what the category is called.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: And male enhancement is really I mean in the most simple form, it’s penis enlargement.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: And a lot of guys are like penis enlargement. That’s. That’s crap. That doesn’t really work. That’s not even a thing unless I got surgery.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And in fact, that’s incorrect. But most guys simply don’t know what to do.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And so in front of us here, we have this whole, you know?

Drew: Yeah. That’s what we’re here for today.

Susan: Show and tell I’m going to how to do it? Show you how to use a penis for penis enlargement.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: We’ll do that on the next segment, I think is what you wanted to do for that. But yeah, going back to biohacking and sexual regenerative therapies. You know how in biohacking it’s not like you can do one thing. It’s called doing a bunch of stuff that’s synergistic is a stack.

Drew: Yes. Yeah.

Susan: You’ve heard that term, right?

Drew: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

Susan: Well, this is a sexual regenerative stack. This is what a stack would look like.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: So a stack would would consist of, let’s just say you take the masculine first. We’ll go for the male equipment, and it’s usually any one of those things that I talked about, firm, loss of firmness, inability to get hard, inability to stay hard, inability to achieve climax easily, things like that.

What happens over time is that the blood flowing into all the penile arteries, you start to get atherosclerosis. You know, you get the, you get the fat mm-hmm. Stuck to the sides of the arteries.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And then it calcified and that’s what creates heart attacks and strokes.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: Because you can’t get the blood where you want it to go through your body. You have a heart attack.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Well the beginning of that is this calcification of the smooth muscle tissue of the venous system, the, the arteries. And the capillaries and the veins.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: In the penis. And the way the penis works, the blood flows in and it fills up and locks the blood in.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: And when it can’t do the lock, the blood flows back out.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: So you use things, well, the one you know the most about GAINSWave.

Drew: GAINSWave, yep.

Susan: We met doing the GAINSWave Men’s Optimization Summit.

Drew: Yes, I, yes, I remember.

Susan: That was the first time we ever got to talk to each other.

Drew: Uhhuh.

Susan: And basically GAINSWave is this acoustic wave technology that they put on the outside of the penis, and it breaks the plaque off.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: So the, the smooth muscle tissue, the endothelial tissue works again to lock it off. It also stimulates new tissue growth in the penis.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: And that rebuilds the atrophy.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Because you know how you, when you, when you see old people, they’re small and they’ve shrunk.

Drew: Yes.

Susan: They’ve like desiccated and they’ve shrunk.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: Well that’s, it’s their penis isn’t staying large, their penis is shrinking.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: So you have to reverse the atrophy of aging using things like GAINSWave techniques and vacuum erection devices or penis pumps is what they’re normally called. And what the vacuum erection devices, and we’ll go into more detail, you bring the blood into the penis.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And it. Increases the blood carrying capacity of the penis.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And it stimulates new tissue growth.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: And angiogenesis.

Drew: Yep.

Susan: Angiogenesis is getting all of the new nervous system tissue and blood vessels, they all start growing again. So the combination of shockwave technology, which is, or acoustic wave technology, which is GAINESWave.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: With pumping is a really good combination. They work really synergistically together.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And in the other segment that we’ll do, I’ll show you even more accelerants to that system. But there’s one more piece that a lot of guys forget. They, they realize the testosterone piece. They’re like, right, I gotta go get my testosterone checked. I need enough testosterone to have erectile function. They get that.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: But one thing they miss is the blood flow.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: Because it, the whole system’s a blood flow system.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And that’s where nitric oxide supplementation is so important.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Because by the time you’re 50, you’re making half the nitric oxide you made when you were 20.

Drew: Hmm. Yeah.

Susan: You just literally aren’t pumping the nitric oxide in your system anymore.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And most people aren’t needing enough vegetables, green, leafy, green vegetables and beet root, which is what creates that gaseous signaling molecule. Mm. So the simplest thing you can do is take a nitric oxide supplement, and if you’re over 40, citruline is the best thing to do. That comes from watermelon.

Drew: Yeah. Yeah, I’ve heard of that.

Susan: Yeah. And I know you’re familiar with nitric oxide supplementation because it’s a gym thing guys wanna get the pump.

Drew: Yeah. They like the, the….

Susan: They like the veiny muscles, right? They like that really solid pump.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Exactly. Building up all that, getting all that blood in the mu musculature is what guys love in the gym. Well, getting all that blood into the penis is what guys and their girlfriends love too.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Right. So mm-hmm. So they want that. Big pump and so supplementing with nitric oxide is super important as well. So yeah, that’s really the regenerative stack for men is take nitric oxide, go get your acoustic waves, use a penis pump, and then you can add on either PRP, exosomes or stem cells. And the cost goes up in or in order of magnitude.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Based on PRP, exosomes and stem cells. And of course, PRP comes from your own blood.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: So you can take your blood out, your, a practitioner can give you a P shot, take the blood out, spin it in a centrifuge, and then re-inject it. You’re gonna cringe when I say this back into your penis.

Drew: Oh, no, no. I’ve done it before. I’ve done a PRP. It’s, it’s painful, but it’s, yeah. I understand the science behind it. Yeah. And I think it’s, it’s an option for people. And you said PRP then exosomes.

Susan: Exosomes.

Drew: And then stem cell. Mm-hmm. Which is more expensive, right?

Susan: Yes. More expensive. Yeah. Exosomes are these little signaling molecules. They’re called extracellular vesicles, and they’re the signaling molecule that comes out of your blood that says, Hey, we have some damage over here. Come fix this. And so it recruits your body to come heal damage.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: That’s what exosome. And so when they’re concentrated and put into the penile tissue, especially, when you do shockwave and you’re doing the pumping and you add PRP exosomes, you’re, you’re using that synergistic stack to fix all the damage from aging atrophy, from heart disease, from diabetes, et cetera.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Diabetes is a tough one. Honestly, though, people who are. Diabetic.

Drew: Diabetic. Yeah.

Susan: They, I mean it’s, there’s so much nerve damage. There’s so much inflammation.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: That it depends on how bad they are.

Drew: Yeah. You know, so the key is not to let it get to that point, hopefully, but

Susan: Exactly.

Drew: That’s why these techniques and technology that we have now is, is so awesome that we have this available to people, you know, for people to use nowadays. Versus 20, 50 years ago, you know, no one was talking about this.

Susan: There was nothing.

Drew: Right. And this is why it’s so important because a lot of people think, oh, sexual health, that’s separate from my physical health. But they’re so intertwined, right? If you have good sexual health, it probably means that you have good physical health and vice versa.

Susan: Yeah.

Drew: So this is why it’s so important not to just to have amazing sex, but also these markers that we’re talking about are important for your longevity and your, your overall physical health. So your sexual health and your physical health, health are more closely tied at than I think people think.

Susan: Yeah. I agree.

Drew: So…

Susan: And when people say, oh, my libido is bad, it’s like, well, that’s the other side of the same coin of your health too.

Yeah. If your libido is good, your healthy, if your libido is down, you’ve got some things wrong.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: You need to take a look at.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Yeah. That’s so true.

Drew: So that’s why this is so important that we’re doing this work.

Susan: I’m going to show some, some ladies’ products here

Drew: Okay.

Susan: As well. But for women there’s now GAINSWave for Her (formerly called FemiWave). GAINSWave finally rolled out GAINSWave for Her. I didn’t know if you had heard that.

Drew: No.

Susan: I’ve been getting my GAINSWave for Her treatments and they are fantastic.

Drew: Same device?

Susan: It’s the same exact devices they use the shockwave and they do it on the outside of the vulva. And they do it over the top and in the clitoral structure. And in the perineal structure as well as on the labia. And what’s nice about that is that it both, it helps with incontinence, it helps with vaginal laxity, it helps with lubrication, but it also tightens and tones the outer labia. And this is a super sad thing, but as you get older, as a woman, they start to get a little saggy and so it’s nice to kind of tighten everything up.

It’s like there’s very few things out there that are really taking into account that women want to have beautiful genitals as much as we wanna have beautiful faces and beautiful bodies.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And so the really the first company that was like, yeah, let’s make sure we get all the stuff looking good and working right?

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: So I really appreciate that about that.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: I’m gonna show you some, photobiomodulation red light therapy devices and things like that for women, but basically for women, you get the acoustic wave. I’m gonna show the lady pumps. So you can draw more blood into the vulval tissue because we women have as much erectile tissue as our men do.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: We’re just innies.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Instead of outies.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: And so all this talk about men’s E.D. and not talking about women’s E.D. is, ridiculous. We have as much E.D. as, as men do. It may not be in firmness.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: But it’s definitely in blood flow.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: And so you can also do PRP, and that’s called the O Shot, which you’re familiar with , but it’s called the O Shot and then Red Light Therapy and Flow, the supplements for blood flow, the nitric oxide supplements. Women will say to me, I literally within 10 days of taking flow, got my vaginal lubrication back. It’s loss of, loss of fluid to the blood flow to the pelvic bowl because when you don’t have blood plasma flowing into the pelvic bowl, you don’t feel like you can achieve arousal and you can’t get lubricated.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Because the vagina is a muscle, not a gland. It doesn’t self lubricate. There’s no, there’s no lubrication in it. It seeps in through the blood plasma, into the vaginal mucosal lining, and that’s what wets it. Interesting, isn’t it?

Drew: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Susan: I was surprised to learn that.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: So, Rule number one or like thing number one that you would do if you have loss of lubrication, which honestly most people do is start taking a nitric oxide supplement.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: And that could really help A lot of women think it’s their estrogen.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: That thins the tissue.

Drew: Mm-hmm.

Susan: But it’s not what lubricates the tissue.

Drew: Okay.

Susan: So you’re learning a lot about vaginal atrophy.

Drew: Most, I think it’s important for both men and women to understand what happens. Not just women. For women. But for men need to understand what happens to women too and vice versa.

Susan: That’s right.

Drew: So there’s more empathy and understanding instead of judgment or shame.

Susan: Yeah.

Drew: Around it.

Susan: Exactly.

Drew: Yeah.

Susan: Yeah. And you always bring your heart to everything.

Drew: I try.

Susan: Which is what’s so nice about it.

Drew: I try.

Susan: Yeah. Great. All right, good. Well, I think we did the basics. Biohacking is taking yourself to the next level. So penis enlargement or mm-hmm. Maybe, you know, like the, the, the labia lift, you know, with the acoustic wave, no surgery, it’s not a surgical thing. You know, things like that that keep you looking youthful or even better than you did versus just reversing the aging. So regener, so you start with the reversing

Drew: Yeah. Regenerative therapies first.

Susan: Yeah.

Drew: And then once you get there, then you look into the biohacking options. Right?

Susan: Exactly. Yeah.

Drew: Okay. Cool.

Susan: Yeah.

Drew: Awesome. More to come you guys. Thank you.
