  1. I think a woman’s sex drive can be linked to her health. I’m almost 70. I had hysterectomy and removal of my ovaries 20 years ago. I was on estrogen replacement therapy since then but am off it now, and my libido today is higher than it was in my 20s. I don’t know where my hormones are coming from, but I attribute them to good health and eating whole foods and “good” fats.

We can’t all achieve perfect health, especially later in life. Still, there’s much we can do to improve the health we have. A woman who wants to have a better sex life with her partner might invite them to join her for walks, to swim together at a pool or beach, or to take a dance class together. There is fun and relaxation to be had in simple physical activities. It’s hard to stay tense and unconnected with a partner who plays in the pool with you, laughs with you and walks with you at sunset.

Susan, I love that you offer such healthy products and that you promote loving relationships along with terrific sex. Thanks for being you.

If a woman isn’t motivated to want to fix her sex life with you, it’s reversible.
