VAGINAL WETNESS

If you have difficulty getting vaginal wetness, it’s most likely your hormone levels. In this video, I’ll also give you some supplements, creams, and oils, as well as some non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation options.

Lack of lubrication can stem from almost any kind of imbalance or illness in your body. Even dehydration can cause overall dryness. So make sure you have vaginal wetness.

Understanding the cause of vaginal dryness is a process of deduction. Every woman is different. So here are a bunch of ideas to try. Go with your gut. You know your body best.

If you are not feeling SAFE during sex, this can cause dryness and painful intercourse. You must be true to your heart. Don’t have sex unless you are turned on. If you are not aroused, figure out what you need to feel turned on. You might need to clear any anger or frustration you’re feeling with your partner. It could be that fear or shame is preventing you from feeling lusty. It’s up to you to decipher your body’s signals. Trust your body. She knows. What is it?

If it’s not an emotional issue, the most likely culprit is a lack of enough sex hormones in your body.

DHEA

If you have atrophic vaginitis — that’s where your vaginal epithelium or the skin up inside and especially around the entrance to your vagina gets thin and dry and frail, start by using a lube. Then try a vaginal hormone cream such as Julva (link below) made from DHEA. DHEA is a precursor to estrogen. Sometimes just topically applying Julva can kickstart vaginal vitality.

If you’ve heard that HRT causes cancer, please revisit the discussions by board-certified endocrinologists who explain why having optimal hormone levels is beneficial for vaginal lubrication and sexual desire, as well as keeping your memory sharp, reducing brain fog, and giving you more overall vitality.

Supplementing the right balance of BHRTs, so your vaginal mucosa is sturdy instead of frail, wet instead of dry, means you’re more likely to have frequent intercourse.

Multiple double-blind peer-reviewed scientific studies have shown that having penis-in-vagina intercourse where your spongy vaginal mucosa absorbs the estrogens and testosterone in your partner’s semen reduces your need to supplement your hormones.

And sex 3X a week has been shown to have five incredible health benefits for longevity. So if that seems like a major stretch for you because of dryness, keep watching.

LUBRICATION

You can do other things to get more lubrication and maintain a stable platform for your body by keeping your hormone levels high with BHRT.

You can use lube, topical hormones, moistening agents, and even non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation.

The best lubes are organic oils such as grapeseed, sweet almond, coconut, or my personal favorite, avocado oil. Please refrain from using any synthetic lubes with chemicals in them. Get edible or at least beauty-grade oil because if you’re putting it on your vulva because your vaginal mucosa is even more delicate than your mouth.

My girlfriend, Dr. Anna Cabeca, also makes Julva, a cream with DHEA and other natural ingredients. DHEA is a precursor to Testosterone and Estrogen. Your body converts DHEA to those hormones. Using it on your vagina as a cream works very well for many women. And it doesn’t require a prescription. Go to trustyclick.com/julva to learn more.

The tissue in my vagina was so thin that even using lube, getting a regular genital massage, taking BHRT, and using vaginal creams didn’t stop the pain from intercourse.
