ReCELLebrate Protocol

This conversation features Susan Bratton, an intimacy expert, discussing stem cell therapy with Dr. Jeff Gross of ReCELLebrate. Susan mentions a plan to receive stem cell IVs quarterly for the first year or two, then less frequently for maintenance. Dr. Gross agrees this is reasonable but emphasizes that treatment frequency should be customized based on individual needs, such as those with autoimmune issues potentially requiring more frequent treatments. He notes that while patients often feel a significant difference after the first treatment, subsequent maintenance treatments may have less noticeable effects as the body is already in a healthier state with reduced inflammation.

Susan: [00:00:00] My name is Susan Bratton. I’m an intimacy expert and I’m here with my doctor, my regenerative doctor.

Dr. Jeff Gross: I’m Dr. Jeff Gross at ReCELLebrate.

Susan: Yee! I harvested my own stem cells. And Dr. Gross is putting them back into me every, I’m going to say I come every like four months or so, but one of the things that I was told by some other stem cell experts is for the first year or two, try to come every quarter and do your stem cell IVs.

And then from there, you’re kind of you’re reversing the clock and you’re kind of getting back the benefits of the stem cells. And then you don’t have to do them as frequently, but you should still do kind of maintenance IVs. What do you think about that as a plan? How would you amend that plan?

Or does that sound reasonable from what the experience that you have in the data that you read?

Dr. Jeff Gross: It’s completely reasonable, although every patient has unique needs or doesn’t have the needs. So someone may have an [00:01:00] auto immune problem and have more inflammation, may need them more frequently to fight that inflammation because regenerative medicine is naturally anti inflammatory.

So it just depends on the person but generally speaking you’re right, the first treatment people really feel a big difference and then the maintenance treatments after they don’t feel as big a wow because they’ve suppressed the inflammation, and they’re already maintaining that healthy mode, and you know we we could customize it for each person.
