[00:00:00] Susan: I often talk about the difference between libido, desire and arousal. Libido is how your body feels. Are you horny? Desire is how do you feel about yourself and how do you feel about your partner if you’re lucky enough to have one? And arousal is the difference between how fast a man can get aroused and how much more slowly a woman achieves full arousal.

[00:00:23] Susan: Just based on how our parts are arranged and how our blood flows into our erectile tissue systems. But one of the things that I would love to share with you today is my sexual vitality supplementation, some of the things that I love. Now, I’ve got a lot of stuff in my hands here because I wanna show you what each of these things are.

[00:00:42] Susan: This is part of something that I call my lusty bundle. This is for lusty lovers, and it has a lot of libido, botanicals in it. Everything I’m showing you is plant-based sexual vitality oriented products that I personally love, use, and have vetted, and some of them I [00:01:00] even manufacture myself. The second thing I wanna show you is.

[00:01:04] Susan: Flow Nitric oxide booster, uh, nitric oxide booster helps move your blood around in your body by letting your vascular system squeeze blood where it needs to go in your pelvic bowl, when you wanna make love in your brain when you’re working and your muscles when you’re working out. And as we age, we have less nitric oxide production.

[00:01:23] Susan: So taking a nitric oxide booster, this is my flow. Nitric oxide booster and um, it’s made with organic fruit and vegetables. It’s not made in a lab from synthetic compounds. And so I really like food derived nitric oxide supplementation, and that’s what flow is. And then I also make a series of. Daily multivitamin, multi mineral complex called Desire, and I make three different ones because there’s something really interesting about putting a libido botanical in a daily multivitamin, [00:02:00] multi mineral supplement.

[00:02:01] Susan: The first thing is that. For you to produce your hormones, you need some very specific things like magnesium, zinc, boron, you know, these tiny little minerals that are required for you to produce your hormones so that you can enjoy things like oxytocin and um, serotonin and dopamine and pro. In and all of the things that happen in the neurotransmitter and hormone cascade of love making.

[00:02:31] Susan: And if you are low on some of these simple things, you have trouble actually using the hormones that your body is making. So a daily multivitamin, multi mineral supplement is helpful. But what I did was I researched all of the libido botanicals, um, that indigenous wisdom has relied on for the millennia to make them feel like horny, lusty and desirous.

[00:02:54] Susan: But some of them are better studied clinically, and so I used the ones that had the best clinical data. [00:03:00] The three that I used were Tongkat Ali, Fenig, Greek, and Tribulous Terrestrial. There are other things like maa, cacao, horny goat weed, uh, more pama. There are other things that are also really good, but these have the best clinical data.

[00:03:16] Susan: But the interesting thing about taking a libido botanical is that if you’ve ever heard this term, herb cycling. Herb cycling is very important because when you use botanicals, they tend to lose their strength and effect. If you take them consistently over time, it takes about 10 days when you start a new libido botanical like Tom Kely, this is actually one of my favorites.

[00:03:42] Susan: When you take this, this one’s kind of got the like G baby kind of thing to it. When you take it, it takes about 10 days to come to full effect, but then about. Three weeks later, 20 days later, it’s starting to wane and you’re not feeling the effects. So what do you do? You’re done with this bottle anyway.

[00:03:57] Susan: You switch now and you go to Fig [00:04:00] Greek. Fig Greek is really nice for hormone production. That’s what it’s best at, really good at, at helping you produce and utilize the hormones that you’re making. And then when you’re done with that 30 days, you go to Tribulous Terrestrial. And Tribulous Terrestrial is more like the hmm, kind of feeling that you get.

[00:04:18] Susan: Um, everybody has different experiences. Yours might differ, your mileage may vary, but, um, I really like to make sure I’m taking the fundamental types of libido, botanicals before I get into. Other things. And the other things are my lusty bundle of pleasure. So the first thing that I wanna tell you about are these sex bites.

[00:04:38] Susan: There are some for him and some for her. These are gummies and they have Delta nine in them, which is a cannabis plant, but they also have a lot of libido, botanicals, and something called cordyceps, which is actually a mushroom. Um, it’s in the mycelium world. And, um. This really helps with blood flow, hormone support, and of [00:05:00] course, cannabis, the, you know, components of the hemp plant.

[00:05:04] Susan: They are very good at helping you get out of your mind and into your body, and then you can climb your arousal ladder because when you’re stressed out, it’s hard to become aroused. You need relaxation. For arousal. And so a quarter of these, a little bite of these about an hour later, and you’re feeling the pleasure in your body for love making.

[00:05:23] Susan: You can also take these vitality and stamina gummies. These are non-psychoactive. They just have the libido botanicals in them and the mushroom complex, and these gummies work within an hour or so and they last for a day. And these are very nice. But if you are also looking for something even more powerful, there are these capsules you.

[00:05:47] Susan: One of each of these things I’m showing you@lustybundle.com, and this is the feminine enhancer in the mail enhancer. And these are for stamina and vitality and they’re capsules. [00:06:00] And again, not psychoactive, but they have really, really nice ingredients. And these will last for a couple of days. You’ll feel the effect over a weekend, which is really nice.

[00:06:11] Susan: And then last, but definitely not least, are the vapor digs. These are from my lusty bundle. There’s a hym and a hers. Honestly, they’re very similar. You can both have both. It doesn’t matter. It’s just a fun thing. And these use HHC, which is a type of cannabis derivative that works very well in a vapor desc.

[00:06:34] Susan: They don’t use this. Solvents and all the things that you’ve been hearing about vapes. These are just plant botanicals. They come all from cannabis. Even the flavorings come from terpenes, which are the flavor that comes from plants. And so these are very nice because they work immediately. And so let me show you one.

[00:06:52] Susan: So here’s the nude vapor desc. And you just take a little puff of it. I’ve got a lot of lipstick on, so I’m not gonna do it [00:07:00] right now, but, um, this smells so good and this will get you high. It is psychoactive, but you can titrate it, which means you can take a little puff, see how you do, wait and see if you want more.

[00:07:12] Susan: And so a lot of couples love to get the lusty model and they like to experiment. They like to be like, well, what did our love making feel like when I took the gummy? What did it feel like when I did the vapor desc? What did it feel like when I took. The botanical gummies. What did it feel like when we took the capsules?

[00:07:29] Susan: And you can layer some of these things together and you can have really fun experiences. And I thing I think of that I like the best about all of the Lusty bundle products is that it gets you talking. It creates some new fun things you can do together. It gets you outta your heads. Into your body connected, having conversations about your felt experiences.

[00:07:50] Susan: And if there’s one thing as an intimacy expert for decades that I’ve realized, it’s that having something that’s a catalyst for couples to have conversations around their [00:08:00] sex life and their desires and how they feel and what they want in the moment is a really, really important thing. And so I teach a lot of erotic adventures and erotic play dates that couples can have.

[00:08:10] Susan: And I think the lusty bundle is probably one of my very. Favorite recommendations for couples to try when it’s time for them to do something new. So Lusty bundle.com is where you get these, and I will put links to all of the Desire multivitamins and the Flow Nitric Oxide Booster under this video as well.

[00:08:31] Susan: Don’t be afraid to experiment. These are all safe. They’re plant-based, they’re natural, they’re good for you. They’re not gonna hurt anything, and they could give you the most incredible pleasure you ever had. So Susan Bratton, sexual biohacker intimacy expert to millions. Thank you for tuning into this episode of my YouTube Better Lover Channel, and I’ll see you on the other side.

[00:08:54] Susan: Bye.
