Dr. Jeffrey Gross and Susan Bratton discuss various approaches to slowing or reversing the aging process. Susan shares her current regimen, which includes pulsing dasatinib and sirolimus, taking a combined senolytic supplement monthly, practicing intermittent fasting with the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet to promote autophagy, and engaging in cold water swimming. She also mentions having a sauna, though she doesn’t use it frequently. Dr. Gross affirms that her efforts appear to be effective.
DR. Jeffrey Gross: [00:00:00] Hi everyone, I’m Dr. Jeff Gross here at Re Celebrate and this is
Susan: Susan Bratton, intimacy expert to millions and patient, favorite patient of Dr. Jeffrey Gross.
DR. Jeffrey Gross: So tell me, we talked earlier about senolytics. Tell me what your favorite things to do or take to help slow or reverse the aging process.
Susan: Well, I’m pulsing dasatinib and sirolimus right now, and I’m taking the qualia. Kind of combined senolytic every month and, doing some intermittent fasting with the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet, which helps put me into autophagy to clear those zombie or senescent cells. And, Sunday I’m going to go swimming in the ocean at 64 degrees.
So I’m doing some cold swimming as well. And I have a sauna, but I have to say, frankly, I don’t go in it a lot. So those are some of the things that I’m doing right now.
DR. Jeffrey Gross: Perfect. It’s [00:01:00] working.
