Stem Cell Supplements

This conversation features Susan Bratton, an intimacy expert, asking Dr. Jeffrey Gross about stem cell supplements. Dr. Gross acknowledges that some supplements can increase circulating exosomes and improve stem cell quality and function, particularly plant-derived supplements. He notes that anything promoting cellular health and reducing inflammation can enhance stem cell activity. However, Dr. Gross emphasizes that while these supplements have some credibility, they are not as potent as actual regenerative procedures like stem cell or exosome IVs, which provide a more significant boost to regenerative activity.

Susan: [00:00:00] I have question.

Dr. Jeff Gross: Sure, go ahead.

Susan: I’m Susan Bratton, Intimacy Expert to Millions, and I’m a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Gross here in Henderson, Nevada with ReCELLebrate. The question that I have is what do you think about these stem cell supplements? Supplements that are supposed to be the precursors and cofactors to stem cell release and renewal.

Dr. Jeff Gross: Well, there are known supplements that help increase the number of circulating exosomes. There are other usually plant derived types of supplements, usually plant derived exosomes or plant supplements that increase the quality and function of your stem cells. And anything you do that is pro cellular health, and reduces inflammation will improve your own stem cell activity. So, there is some credibility to those, but nothing is as strong as having a useful regenerative [00:01:00] procedure to get a big wallop of regenerative activity to get things going.

Susan: Yeah, like a stem cell or an exosome IV. That’s a wallop and I love it.
